Are you looking for flexible hours and to work in a small but busy office?
This company is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Finance Assistant to be based just outside Twyford, Reading. The company is a brand marketing agency representing a number of global market leading food products for the airline industry.
This is a standalone finance administration role working alongside an outsourced Accounts function and a key part of the business team.
The Role
- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks
- P&L
- Cash flow
- Budgets
- Sales analysis
- Expenses
- assisting with office administration to include diary management, dealing with correspondence, preparing for events etc.
To be successful
- A great team player
- Experience and confidence within accounts (AAT qualified or qualified through experience)
- You will have the motivation to work on your own initiative and to deadlines.
- This company specialises in food trends/ snack food so an interest in food is essential
- Applying a proactive approach within a team environment
- IT literate to include Excel
- the office is in a semi rural location so you will need to be a car owner/driver
Their selection process will involve interviews and psychometric profiling.
