A part-time administrator is required for 15 hours per week for this expanding digital marketing company based in Stockton-On-Tees.

Job Role:

The role will include:
- HR Administration:
o advertising vacancies and managing applications
o processing of new starters and leavers in accordance with company policy
o holiday calculation and monitoring
o Supporting payroll administration, including the checking and processing of expenses and adjustments to monthly payroll

- Raising sales invoices and payment schedules
- Monitoring direct debit system
- Credit control
- Logging purchase invoices and processing payments
- Petty Cash
- General supportive admin duties, as required

The Candidate:
With experience of HR and accounts including credit control, you will have excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in using IT, in particular Excel. A flexible working approach together with excellent communication skills and professionalism are vital.
