YOUR ROLE
Reporting into the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will assist in accurately recording and overseeing payments across the business. You will be required to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring suppliers are paid on time, as well as dealing with internal expenses etc.

You will also assist in dealing with queries, providing regular reports and updates and work with colleagues to improve processes across the department, assisting with the continued growth of the business. This is a busy role and we need a person that is willing to roll their sleeves up!

Day To Day Tasks:
- Check¸ process and reconcile supplier/ customer invoices
- Perform regular supplier/customer statement reconciliations
- Ensure all filing and administration is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Deal with purchase queries with suppliers and sales queries with customers
- Working with spreadsheets
- Assist on other duties as delegated from time to time

Requirements
- Must be detailed oriented
- Fluent English (written/spoken).
- Must have a GCSE A-C grade in Maths
- Enjoy being busy and working in a fast paced environment
- Want a career in Accounts/Finance or Business Admin
- Ability to adhere to compliance and controls, whilst still being able to identify potential efficiencies and improvements
- Ideally some experience in data entry
- Excellent communicator with a calm and patient outlook
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
