This is an opportunity to join a friendly, family orientated but professional hygiene company delivering excellence in products and services to their clients. They are looking for a full time Engineer to join their growing team in Walsall.
This is a full time permanent position.
Hours: Monday-Friday. Minimum 45 Hours per week. Varying between 6am-6pm approx. depending upon customer requirements.
Salary: Starting at a basic of £18,500 per annum plus £100 monthly bonus following a 3 month qualifying period. Then rising to £19,500 (plus bonus) after year 1 Dependant on experience and qualifications.

Ideally be experienced with commercial laundry and dishwasher dosing systems and attending service calls including installation, maintenance, diagnosing and repairing faults. Other duties will include electrical installation of hand dryers, laundry and washroom equipment. The individual will be dealing with customers on a daily basis so excellent customer service skills are essential. Covering the West Midlands and some surrounding areas.
Essential Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence and willing to travel to clients (Minimum age 25 for insurance purposes)
- City and guilds certificate 2391 or equivalent or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good verbal and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Excellent timekeeping record
- Honest & Trustworthy
Advantageous:
- 17th Edition regulation certificated standard
- JIB card an advantage
- Some experience in basic plumbing an advantage
