This Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning specialist based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire is looking for an enthusiastic New Business Sales Person to join their successful Sales Team.

Salary is negotiable and based on your experience and with a realistic bonus and commission scheme you can expect to earn £39k OTE, possibly more as these earnings are uncapped. The role also includes a company car and so a driving licence is essential.

They place a great deal of emphasis on developing their talent and invest in external training and on the job coaching and development so this role would suit both an experienced Sales Professional looking to maximise on an uncapped commission scheme or someone looking to develop their career by selling added value service delivery.

This role will require you to deliver in all aspects of New Business Development including lead generation, managing the sale, negotiating and closing.

Key Tasks include:
- Telephone Prospecting – Using a database, scheduling and making calls, collecting key sales information, qualifying customers and arranging meetings, recording all information and communications held.
- Field Prospecting – Cold Calling customers and gaining key sales qualification information to assist sales process.
- Manage all steps of the sales process, identifying customers specific needs and selling and closing on our value added services.
- Marketplace research – Using the internet and business networking tools to find new customers and develop contacts within existing customers.
- Submit sales orders to service team together with all other information required to enable a successful start to the contract.
- Assist with the management of current contract customers, tracking orders, identifying additional opportunities and updating the sales forecast.
- Record all communications and sales activity in database.

To flourish in this role the successful applicant must have an abundance of enthusiasm and determination and be happy working to a proven KPI sales model which will ensure you can capitalise on the opportunity and achieve the potential rewards the role has to offer. You must be able to demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner, a good level of general Microsoft Office skills and be able to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
