This company is a market leader in developing and serving unique end to end IT solutions to customers throughout the UK.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining a strong focus on customer service, the remit of this role will include repairs, installations and the planning, preparation of a range of customer site operations. Using Network tools, the successful candidate will be expected to investigate, diagnose and resolve problems to a high standard, within agreed timescales and on target with specified budgets.

A conscientious approach to administration is vital to ensure the timely completion of all necessary documentation in support of repairs and installations.

The successful candidate will report into their Slough office but due to the nature and range of repairs and installations work, the post holder must be prepared to work away from home and within a range of locations within the UK.

Skills
The successful candidate will be expected to have the following skills and experience:

- Relevant qualifications and/or proven relevant experience.
- Significant experience of installing IT hardware/software products.
- Experience of installing data cable.
- Proven track record in the diagnosis and resolution of IT hardware/software faults.
- Excellent troubleshooting and resolution management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and develop creative solutions.
