This company is a well known and established business, trading for over 120 years.
An Export Sales Advisor is required to promote and develop sales, for their Rest of the World (RotW) Export Customers and prospects and secondly for their UK deliveries to the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
To provide ‘excellent customer service’ and by so doing respond to customer requirements commercially whilst balancing this aim with the company’s objective of maintaining and improving sales margin.
To understand the financial implications and obligations of export trading, that includes documentation requirements for all areas of the Export department, completion and submission of all intra stat documents.
A wide and varied role, including ownership of the customer from first contact, through product identification; quotation; conversion to sale; progression; despatch and documentation, through to after sales and complaint resolution.
To achieve quarterly key performance indicators (KPI’s) in all target areas as outlined by management.

- Well-educated with clear oral and written grammar
- Attention to detail consistency
- Confident speaking with customers on the telephone
- Pleasant persona, good inter-departmental communicator
- Conversant and confident in a warehouse environment
- Arithmetically sound
- Able to work under own initiative
