One of the top three export companies in the waste material industry in the UK are now recruiting for one one export documentation / logistics coordinator .
The position will be reporting to the logistics manager, the roles will be mostly dealing with export bookings and documentation and updating system:
- Arrange CCIC instructions.
- Deal with late running vehicles.
- Checking freight invoices and record in system.
- Allocate bookings to contract.
- Assist logistics manager with obtaining OCF rates
- Provide month end/weekly reports
- Send bills of lading instructions to shipping lines and get approved b/ls and ccic.
The successful candidates will have:
- Preferably has relevant experience in a similar role within the logistics or waste material industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Advanced computer competency
- Good telephone manners.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good working ethics.
- Good knowledge of UK geography is preferred.
