Experienced Team Leader required with a strong administration or medical background.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced team leader to join the team here at this company.

The ethos of the company is to provide stress-free private practice management services to medical consultants nationwide via a remote working environment from their offices in East Farleigh, near Maidstone. For this role they are looking for a candidate who will create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. You will need to be a positive and enthusiastic individual who can use their experience to their advantage to be fast tracked through our in-house training programme to run consultants’ private practices. It is also essential that you have a good sense of humour with a sympathetic and compassionate manner as you will be dealing with patients. Teamwork is vital in this role and the fast pace of working should not be underestimated.

Essential requirements:
- Experience of managing and motivating a team
- To be able to work to tight deadlines & manage a varied workload
- Flexible outlook on your working day & progressive approach to tasks
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure & remain calm at all times
- Have a proven commitment to your role in previous employment
- Willingness to learn new tasks and to undertake a medical terminology course and exam
- Be proficient in all aspects of MS Office
- Typing speed of 60 wpm or higher

As the successful candidate, you will be part of their dedicated team playing a vital role in helping them to continue growing as a business and you can expect a salary from £22k (depending on experience).
