The Role
Working as an integral part of a small but rapidly growing dynamic team, as the Business Support Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring delivery promises, performance & administrative support to all stakeholders is achieved to a high standard.

We are looking for an exceptional Business Support Administrator with outstanding administration skills & excellent customer service skills.

The Challenge:
- Ensure dealings with all stakeholders are recorded & responded to accurately first time, delivering great customer service every time.
- Updating relevant computer & paper-based records in accordance with firm policies & procedures.
- Ensuring all client review cases are progressed as efficiently as possible.
- Processing of new business pension review packs
- Scanning/photocopying/filing of new business pension review packs
- Gathering missing information by phone, letter, & email, complying with all regulatory, company guidance and procedures and ensuring a full audit trail is maintained.
- Escalate problems and cases to team leader/line manager.
- Be a point of reference on “simple” pensions related technical issues & non-standard cases.
- Assist with completion of internal file audits ensuring all compliance procedures & documentation has been adhered to without exception.
- Assist in more complex reviews when required.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulatory & legal frameworks, including data protection & client authentication guidelines.
- General administrative support to IFAs & paraplanners as required.

Success will stem from your excellent ability to provide consistent quality delivery, high attention to detail and thirst to learn and develop, not only within the Business Support Team but within the Business as a whole. Being a team player is also key to this role.

- Are comfortable working in a busy office environment, being part of a small but greatly valued team & can handle a varied fast pace.
- You possess a positive attitude and take ownership of your own work. You can work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise accordingly. You possess plenty of initiative & drive to successfully contribute to the day to day running of the office, as well as ensure its continued success and profitability.
- Display excellent organisational, communication skills written & detailed accuracy skills which are essential for the role & can create opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with our firm, FCA regulatory rules, including data protection & client authentication guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- You are highly proficient on using the internet & web-based applications including Office365.
