This is an opportunity to join an accountancy company, located in the heart of Haslemere, Surrey they are just by the train station. This a town in the middle of the Portsmouth Harbour to London Waterloo line, so they are very accessible.
The role will include:
- Assisting the Bookkeeping Department Manager with certain tasks
- Filing and preparing VAT Returns
- Data processing
- Speaking to clients, helping solve queries over the phone
- Liaising with the accounts department for queries with the accounts
- Using SAGE line 50 heavily and Xero sometimes
- Answering the phone and transferring calls (just for cover if someone might be ill)
- Using IRIS Accountancy Suite (Timesheets, Accounts Production mainly)
