This is an opportunity to join the UK's premier company for the installation of industrial plant & machinery for prestigious clients such as Toyota, Nissan & Jaguar Landrover with 8 locations through the UK, 150 full-time staff and revenues of around £24 million.

The role provides the applicant with an exciting opportunity to join an established, successful and specialised business who work on a national and international basis.

This essential role is to assist the Group CEO & Owner with the hands-on running of the organisation along with other business related activities.

Working from a small office in Altrincham centre, the successful applicant would also be involved in helping with the development of start-up business ventures working closely with the owner and would split their time between these activities and those of the company.

The main requirements required to fulfil the role will be;-

The Company:
- Diary management
- Booking Transport/Accommodation
- Compiling Presentations
- Administering the companies 'Traction' meeting system
- Email management
- Accounts based admin including 'Order creation' , 'Invoice sign off' , 'Expenses admin'
- Meeting notes/Action lists

Startup Businesses;
- Research & analysis
- Report administration
- Basic accounts system input
- Marketing & social media

The above is a list of the main duties that will be required for the role however it is expected that the role will be varied and the individual will be required to take a flexible approach.

The Successful Applicant
- Will be an individual who thrives under pressure and adapts easily to changing conditions.
- Will be able to see the big picture and make logical & creative decisions.
- Be highly organised with a well-developed eye for detail and time able to deal with complex work schedules and arrangements.
- Have advanced diary management and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
