This is an opportunity to join a young property focused business with several brands within the company which means every day brings something different and no working day is the same. They are looking for a versatile, highly self-motivated and career ambitious person to join their team.

They don’t have an office, so this role is a mostly work from home. You will be required to meet with the CEO during the week and communicate by phone/ email throughout the day. Attendance at meetings and events will also be sometimes required. (They hold 2 evening events per month).

Their brands cover property lettings, property management, property development, property education and property events management.

DUTIES
Admin duties for CEO and business: managing the diary, emails and messages of the CEO. Arranging meetings, lunches. Keeping track of tasks the CEO must do and making sure she does them. Managing the business inboxes and telephone and responding to client questions/ queries as they come in.

Business Development: Helping to grow the business by building relationships with and bringing on-board new clients. Sales training will be provided.

“Office” Management: Overseeing the junior and part-time members of the team, making sure they have what they need to work effectively and making sure they’re meeting targets and on track. Organise and oversee a weekly team meeting. Making sure they have a happy team…come up with and implement ideas to keep enthusiasm and team spirit high.

Event Management/ Organisation: Lead the team to organise and manage events. All team members are involved with running events, but their PA would be responsible for overseeing the team and to make sure people are doing what they need to so the events run smoothly.

CEO’s right hand person: Helping the CEO with various tasks as and when they come up. Eg: liaising with social media/ PR team, attending client meetings, ad hoc help with property management.

Provide admin support to the COO: provide admin support to the COO when they join the firm. This will likely not be as involved as the admin support provided to the CEO.

Salary: £20K - £45K
Base salary of £20K, plus bonuses
Bonus metrics include tangible and non-tangibles such as: Good time keeping, using one’s initiative effectively, delivering on sales targets, keeping the team morale up etc. Clear guidance will be given on how the bonus is earned.

Essentially, if you deliver….they will pay and pay handsomely for it.
