An Executive Administrator is required to join an award winning healthcare clinic team with Physiotherapy and Doctors services.

As Executive Administrator you will be expected to help the company reach its goals through efficiently and effectively utilising its resources and personnel.

Working alongside the owner and team, you will take a key role in the development and implementation of strategies at the clinic to make the company successful.

You should be prepared to:
- have an exhaustive, comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services
- be responsible for the administration and management of fornt of house duties
- manage Physiotherapist's and Doctor's diaries across the clinic and satellite sites
- deliver exceptional customer experiences
- take a proactive role in the event organisation of the healthcare training programmes
- be a cultural ambassador and represent the clinic internally and externally
- complete general administration duties and adhoc projects
- resolve issues proactively and in a timely manner
- manage your workload, time and projects
- implementation processes
- manage a budget
- prepare weekly preparation of front of house KPI''s
- effect organisational changes

Essential experience:
- 2 years experience of working within a service industry or front of house
- Worked in and enjoyed a dynamic environments
- Thrived in a team whereby challenge, change and continuous improvement are core values

- Ability to employ sound decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to achieve and exceed set goals and targets

Terms of Employment:
- 40 hours/week
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays p/a
- Occasional travel maybe required
- Monday through to Friday, occasional saturday morning oncall if course running
- Shift pattern between Mon- Thurs 12.15-8.30pm, Fri 8-5.30pm
