This family-owned international publishing company specialising in business, industry and technology, has expanded its offerings into events over the last three years. Currently with a portfolio of events in the Middle East the next move is to grow into the African market based from the organisations office in Victoria, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for career progression as it comes with a potential Directorship for the right candidate. You will have overall responsibility for planning, organising and executing international B2B events, as well as contributing to sales targets.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an events manager role or similar, preferably with a sales background and having managed a small team. With exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, the individual will be used to working in international businesses where their team may not be based in the same office.
This role is hands on with the need for someone to be part of the management team whose core values demonstrate accountability, commerciality and professionalism. You will be expected to work on events for both the company and their clients.
The ability to travel is absolutely essential.
Basic salary dependent on experience - £25,000 - £40,000
