THE ROLE:
Responsibility of estimating and sales administration of all enquiries using Tharstern MIS. Estimating enquiries passed to you by account managers and business development executives, administrating orders into production including purchasing of all materials and tracking orders throughout the production lifecycle to delivery. The job will also involve some account management, liaising with key client contacts.
YOU:
- Minimum 3 years estimating experience within print or related sectors
- Experience with MIS systems, Tharstern or similar
- Positive mindset toward challenges and client requests
- Friendly attitude with ability to strike rapport with clients
- Computer literate and efficient with full Microsoft Office 365
- Easily able to adapt to new IT systems & software
