This ambitious business provides training solutions and workforce development consultancy to employers across the East Midlands and nationally. They were graded as Good by OFSTED in September 2016 across all areas of our business.

Their apprenticeship levy and non-levy work based learning provision continues to grow, and as a result they now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Enrolment Officer to join the family. This is a permanent role with travel is required across the East Midlands, therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be undertaking and managing learner enrolments across our Apprenticeship provision both onsite and at our employers’ premises. Building effective relationships with employers and learners by providing excellent customer service, you will carry out one-to-one learner interviews to quickly and efficiently complete our enrolment procedures as well as ensuring they receive accurate information, advice and guidance.

Responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of learner inductions, you will ensure all the necessary materials are organised and available for use for inductions and enrolments, as well as collaborating with the sales team to ensure commercial income is logged and accounted for.

The Individual

You will strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for supporting people to progress. You will be highly organised with excellent administrative and IT skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge and understanding of Apprenticeship funding rules and eligibility would a distinct advantage. An Advice and Guidance qualification at Level 2 is also desirable, although full training would be given.
