SKILLED GEARCUTTER SETTER/OPERATOR
Candidates will be required to demonstrate ability to set up & Operate a range of manual Gear cutting machinery on their own, They will be able to read engineering drawings & produce work to fine tolerances with minimum of supervision.
Possibility of progressing with training in other skills such CAD/CAM/CNC Programming & machine setting will be provided for suitable candidates who wish to progress.
Proven experience as a Gearcutter on range of machine including Churchill PH1612, Pfauter, Albert Herbert, Maxicut No2, W.E Sykes Gear Hobbers .
Must be able to formulate Gear Ratios.
PAY: from £22,000 to £28,000 (+O/T) , according to experience
OTHER: Company Contributed Pension Scheme.
They are based on the A52/A46 with good transport links between Nottingham, Newark, Grantham & Leicester.
