As a Billing Analyst you will carry out the day to day activities necessary to maintain a high level of billing performance across a portfolio of B2B & B2C clients.

You would work with the clients as an integral part of their own operational billing teams, utilising their customer led applications to maximise their performance and meet agreed service targets.

The role will focus on resolving billing exceptions through knowledge of the energy industry and data analysis.

What sort of skills would be useful in this role?

- Experience - Previous experience in a role related to least one of the following: Billing, SQL & working with Data, Analysis & Problem Solving
- Knowledge - Knowledge of the energy industry, particularly Billing processes and data flows required for billing. would be a nice to have.
- Analytical. You will be data led, logical and rigorous. Used to using data to search for patterns, connections and the interactions between data items.
- Problem Solver. You will love to take on problems. You will be energised by the challenges presented by complex energy data issues and enjoy taking responsibility for identifying the undermining factors.
- Great Teammate. You will enjoy working as part of a team, being able to work and collaborate with others around you and being confident in engaging with both internal and external partners.
- Adaptable. You will be responsive and adapt to meet client requirements and any problems that arise.
