This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding employment law firm specialising in negotiating settlements for employees.
Due to a steadily increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced solicitor, barrister or legal executive to join our team.
You will have at least 7 years PQE in employment law with no upper PQE limit.
You must be a deft negotiator, have keen commercial awareness, experience of drafting proceedings, and of conducting ET advocacy at least to PH level.
You must have experience of Claimant work, but not necessarily Claimant-only.
You will not need a following – we have an enviable client base of individuals.
You will have a large degree of freedom running your caseload, and we can also accommodate part time hours and home working.
We take a progressive approach with no targets for billabled hours and a relaxed working environment.
The remuneration is a fee split whereby the right candidate can expect to earn £100,000.00+ p.a. for full time hours.
