This company is one of the fastest growing, successful retailers of downloadable games to come out of the UK in the last few years. The team work closely with games developers and publishers to bring gamers epic savings on Steam games and bundles across all the major genres. They are always on the lookout for new and exciting talent to join their dynamic and expanding team within the video games industry, and this role is no exception!

Daily, you will own the execution of all email campaigns and automations. From design and segmentation, optimisation and scheduling, you will be responsible for reaching and generating revenue for the Email channel via campaigns.

You will work with the Email Marketing Manager and other team members to capitalise on the product mix available; plan campaigns which will deliver effective campaign executions, including graphics, copy, segmentation and more. Assist with other digital marketing tasks and projects; delivering appropriate reporting showing progress and insights into performance.

- Degree or relevant qualification is preferable.
- At least one to two year's commercial experience of email marketing campaigns within an ecommerce environment.
- Experience using a leading email service provider (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor).
- An understanding of segmentation and targeting principles.
- Creative with a keen eye for email graphic design and detail.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email design.
- Knowledge of web and customer analytics tools (Google Analytics, Redash).
- Able to meet and exceed a range of deadlines.
- Understanding of current, effective marketing techniques.

Rugeley is commutable from towns and cities should as Lichfield, Cannock, Stafford, north Birmingham to name but a few. However, it is a semi-rural location and transport links aren't always easy; car ownership is beneficial.
