With over 30 years’ experience in the industry their established client base range from National Facilities Directors for Blue Chip Companies to Office Managers, they cover an array of services that are required to effectively design, create, clean and maintain professional work places throughout London, the South East and Home Counties.
They are looking for an experienced, qualified, well organised and highly motivated individual to perform reactive, quoted and project electrical works.
The role is predominantly site based and in hours, however, the service is heavily reactive and there is a requirement from the team to cover project works and infrequent emergency call outs, out of normal working hours to make sure their clients receive the best service possible and to the highest standards (Out of Hours work will be rewarded accordingly).
The vision is to build an Electrician Team around the successful candidate so huge potential for management and running a service. The individual will be rewarded accordingly as they grow within the company.
Applicants must have at least 17th edition qualification and NICEIC approved.
They are looking for a candidate with the following competencies:
- Installations
- Reactive repairs
- Emergency light testing and remedial repairs
- Water heater servicing and replacements
- Upgrade light fittings
- Lamp, ballast, fuse, battery, sensor and module replacements
- Socket and switch installs/moves
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- PAT testing
- General maintenance
- Must have good English and communication skills

- JIB Card
- Fixed Wire Testing
- Multi Trade experience
- Managing team members
- Able to call on other electrical engineers as required
