This property refurbishment and maintenance service requires a qualified Electrician to join its growing team of property maintenance professionals.
You will be working predominantly in residential properties completing work on behalf of their clients, including large estate agency chains. The work is varied in nature and includes but is not limited to: fault find & fix on electrical break downs, PAT testing, EICR's, fuse board changes, partial and full circuit re-wires as well as the installation of electrical products such as showers, extractor fans and appliances etc.
The individual must:
- be trained to NVQ or City & Guilds level 3
- be qualified in inspection and testing
- hold the 17th Edition qualification
- hold a full uk driving licence with less than 6 points currently and no significant prior bans or convictions
- deliver excellent customer service at all times
- be well presented and punctual
- have experience quoting for work
A full driving license is essential and you must be willing to travel within London and the M25 to carry out the work orders as well as being able to attend team meetings at the groups Head Office in Byfleet, Surrey.
Hours: Monday - Friday on site 8am - 5pm.
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience and benefits include a company van, blackberry, tablet, fuel card and cash float.
