This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to join a busy, fast expanding, family owned industrial machine and tool hire company based in Warrington.
They have a vast range of small to large industrial tools, equipment and machinery, 110 v, 3 phase, and some petrol and diesel that need looking after, from routine servicing and maintenance, right through to a full strip down, refurb and rebuild. In addition, they repair customers' own machines.
Skills - you’ll need to have an engineering background, be accomplished in electrical circuitry, testing and fault diagnosis, servicing, repair and refurb, precision engineering and welding.
Character and Mindset. They are looking for attention to detail, precision and exactitude, not prone to mistakes; with meticulous record keeping. The successful candidate will need to work both as head of a team and alone using their own initiative, working to tight deadlines, able to multi-task and prioritise. The role is challenging and varied, with scope to learn, improve and progress with training and support. Meanwhile as a line manager you'll be responsible for staff supervision, training, welfare and health & safety.
