Do you have excellent project management skills?
This fast-growing company has an exciting position for an experienced instructional designer to work in its creative eLearning content development team based at its Loughborough office. It will involve the development of both bespoke solutions and off-the-shelf products with the possibility of travel to customer sites in the UK and abroad.
Duties include:
- Providing instructional and creative input to sales proposals
- Leading on projects, meeting with customers and/or subject matter experts to scope projects and identify and collate learning content
- Producing a variety of content including:
o creative design briefs
o detailed screen by screen storyboards/scripts
o audio and video scripts
o supplementary learning resource and communications materials
- Project managing internal and external projects
The successful candidate will have a portfolio of work that showcases their capabilities and achievements. You will be working with a team of like-minded individuals and be encouraged to think outside the box.
