This is an opportunity to join a leading independent language school and training organisation based in Covent Garden, London. They are widely recognised as the birthplace of modern approaches to English language teacher training and renowned for their excellence in teacher training as well as in the delivery of adult English, young learner and soft skills programmes, both in the UK and abroad. They are currently looking to recruit permanent, full-time eLearning Administrator to provide administrative support for eLearning programmes, with specific responsibilities for the Distance Delta and Educational Management programmes.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide administrative support for eLearning programmes, primarily Distance Delta and Educational Management programmes.
- Assist Distance Delta Programme Manager, rotational team of Distance Delta Course Co-ordinators and Programme Manager eLearning, providing accurate and timely administration support.
- Act as point of contact for course participants, Local Tutors, Course Tutors, overseas centres and external bodies,
- Provide accurate, timely and professional customer service and administration support at all times, regardless of the method of communication.
- Monitor and update the course websites with current information.
- Liaise with the Distance Delta Programme Manager, Distance Delta Course Co-ordinators and eLearning Programme Manager and Course Tutors to ensure smooth running of all courses.
- Deal with Distance Delta and eLearning enquiries. Provide accurate, timely and professional customer service and administration support at all times, regardless of the method of communication.
- Liaise with Cambridge English, the British Council and overseas centres on all aspects of the Distance Delta Courses and eLearning programmes to ensure areas of shared administrative responsibility are efficient and effective.
- Oversee the smooth running of applications and new course set up, demonstrating high levels of attention to detail.
- Any other duties to ensure the smooth running of eLearning programmes.

The following skills and experience are essential:

- Excellent written and oral English.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and ability to communicate at all levels with an emphasis on providing a quality service to all customers.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of designing and developing administrative procedures, systems and documents to ensure that administration of the programmes become increasingly efficient and effective. Seeking opportunities to improve administration processes at all times.
- Ability to organise and manage workload and work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
