This high end lifestyle retailer is looking for an eCommerce Assistant for our growing Web department, this is an entry level but fast-paced position where you will be assisting in the daily processing of orders with a high component of packing delicate items. The location of this role will be at our warehouse in Biggleswade. Full training will be provided.
Main responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Picking/packing & dispatching. We sell high end products which require careful packing whilst maintaining high speed dispatching levels.
- Stock control, ensuring all procedures are executed correctly on our systems when processing orders.
- Customer services over the phone and email.
- Assisting our warehouse team in other daily tasks
About you:
- Willingness to learn fast
- Ambitious and want to grow with the business
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and independently.
- High energy and proactive attitude.
- Basic IT skills essential.
- Problem solving.
- An interest in interior design is beneficial but not essential
- Good organisational skills to plan your ever changing daily routines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £17,000.00 /year + Monthly Bonus
