They are looking for an Ecommerce Data and Content Editor to support the day to day management of their fully transactional website. They should be ambitious, motivated, have good experience of working with data and a confident and positive attitude. They will be working within theEcommerce Team focusing on the creation and editing of products on their Shopify Platform. They should be able to demonstrate a good commercial awareness and have an eye for detail.

The Role - Key Responsibilities:

Data management of their e-Commerce site including:
- Creating new products on Shopify, ensuring full accuracy of information
- Ensuring products are visually well represented and optimised for SEO with original copy
- Image/ video upload and editing using Photoshop
- Creating banners and other basic design assets for the website
- Creating attractive , informative collections for new brands
- Full communication of new products to other departments and agencies
- Ensuring all tags and data are accurate so that products are reflected/ filter correctly across the website
- Ensure accuracy of pricing for new and current products
- Monitoring front end website for general look, feel and accuracy
- Collaboration with Web Development, Marketing and Products departments

Key Skills:
- At least 1 year eCommerce experience in a similar role
- Experience in using Shopify
- Uploading imagery and photography – use of Photoshop
- Excellent written English language/ copy-writing skills
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Good experience of Basic HTML and Google Analytics
- Knowlege of SEO
- Excellent attention to detail, pro-active, and well organised
- A fast-learner with a passion for data
- Excellent in Excel: using pivot tables, excel formulas, with an ability to create macros and complex spreadsheets. The role will include the extracting of data from other systems and the conversion of that data to manageable formats.
