They are huge believers in passion, ambition and individuality and you will have the opportunity to be a part of delivering this message across the Ecommerce platform.
You will be assisting the Ecommerce Manager in the daily management of the website and assist the office where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day requirements including replying to customers requests, content updating (banners, copy, quantities)
- Assisting in devising and implementing promotional plans
- Liaising with freelancers and 3rd parties such as couriers, graphic designers, copy writers and translators
- Scheduling weekly newsletters in 5 languages in Mailchimp and running monthly reports
- Managing blogger partnerships
- Assisting in developing any new feature for the website
- Helping with any other tasks related to the Ecommerce department
About You:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally with customers
- Computer literate with confidence in using or learning how to use Magento, Photoshop, Sage 50
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects working to tight deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Self-confident and motivated
- Any foreign language (Spanish or German preferred), would be a plus
