This employer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Early Years professional to train and assess their apprenticeship learners.

This is a full-time role, largely remote but could include some travel. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with employers and using your training and coaching skills will guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Early Years through a combination of one to one and group sessions.

You will support with the creation and delivery of remote one to one and/or group workshops up to level 5, together with the delivery of Level 2 English and Mathematics. You will also undertake workplace observations with your learners.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

Ideally you will be qualified and an experienced Early Years Trainer Assessor and must have a relevant early year’s qualification and/or occupational competence at level 3 or above. You will have the ability and passion to coach, develop and mentor people. Proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage. You will have a minimum Level 2 English and Mathematics qualification.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities.
