As a company we like to train and develop hard working individuals, so they can thrive in this vibrant online marketing company specialising in marketing UK entertainment websites.

Based in Milton Keynes just five minutes’ walk from the train station.

You’ll be reporting to the Commercial Manager and working within the Commercial team. You will be assisting the current E-CRM Officer in day to day tasks such as collating information from various teams, scheduling E-CRM and general admin tasks allowing you to grow experience within E-CRM.

E-CRM is Electronic Customer Relationship Management. We use two digital communication campaigns; E-mail and SMS to communicate with our consumers, once they have signed up to our database we keep them up to date with our latest offers, news and promotions.

What the role will entail:
- Building relationships within the commercial team to enable you to collate information from team members
- Learning the in-house systems, we use for scheduling & reporting
- Answering day to day calls and distributing to the company as needed
- Analyse basic data to assist the E-CRM officer in making decisions
- Speaking with third party platform providers
- Writing briefs and liaising with other teams to ensure the details of the brief are met
- Holiday cover for E-CRM officer tasks when applicable

Full training will be given on all of the above, any relevant experience in these areas is an advantage but not necessary.

Candidate requirements:
- Some experience with Microsoft packages
- An understanding of basic maths
- Driven to learn
- Confidence in communicating within the team
- A problem solving attitude
