This is an exciting opportunity to join a young dynamic professional services organisation providing a full range of e-commerce services in support of successful international expansion of e-retailers, brands and manufacturers. Core services, including customer service and digital marketing are offered through their offices in 18 countries. While the company provide strategy advice, their emphasis is very much on the ‘doing’ - look at them as an outsourced customer service and marketing (etc) team.

The UK office, based in Hetherset Norfolk and with client meeting offices in London and Glasgow, is looking for a talented addition to its e-commerce marketing team. E-commerce marketing for them includes set up, lead generation, conversion improvement, content and social media - for web-shops as well as market places. They are imbedded in over 250 cross border web shops across Europe, China and the USA.

The role of the e-commerce marketing executive/manager will be two fold:
- to develop and implement effective UK digital strategies and campaigns for specific clients based in Europe that use their services to enter and grow into the UK market. Account management could be part of this role;
- to develop and implement brand building and lead generation activities for the company so that they maintain a healthy pipeline of UK based leads to be converted to clients for the company (which they will then help set up and/or expand in other countries).

They are looking for talented digital marketeers, with some experience achieved in an agency setting or working as practitioner in a digital marketing team. A good understanding of a range of digital marketing channels and of SEO principles, a track record of 1 -2 years of PPC campaign management, a good understanding of analytics, and a pragmatic attitude are a 'must'. Ideally you are Google qualified and have experience with market places (Amazon).

They offer a friendly professional team work environment, international colleagues, flexible working arrangement and truly great opportunities for development.

The salary they have in mind is dependent on experience and could be around the £21,000 but more is available for person bringing extra skills and experience. If their industry and company interest you they would like to hear from you.
