Competitive commission based incentive scheme

This is a great opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join a well-established, successful and rapidly growing fashion accessories business currently based in North Wembley but moving to Dollis Hill, London.

This is a standalone role where you will be taking on the lead role in managing and developing their existing E-commerce site, with responsibility for raising brand awareness, expanding their online presence and growing online sales.

The Role

- Developing and managing the E-commerce strategy including leading all site redesign plans, the day to day planning, implementation, optimisation and overall performance of the website.
- Management of e-CRM initiatives to support all digital marketing activities.
- Generating regular reports and status updates on projects and initiatives using all appropriate KPIs on Google Analytics, Facebook Business Reporting, Mailchimp Reports, AdWords, etc.
- Content management of the website to include new product releases, pricing and removing of products.
- Optimising opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of marketing channels including social media (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram) affiliates, PPC, SEO and email marketing.
- Management and coordination of 3rd party freelancers, bloggers and other external agency activities.
- Working closely with other departments to drive traffic and conversion from the website.

About You:

- Experience of working within a similar role in the fashion industry
- Good knowledge and experience of E-commerce activities and all online marketing channels with specific knowledge of social networking media platforms
- Proven track record of increasing sales and traffic to websites
- Clear understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing and PPC advertising
- Strong analytical abilities with specific knowledge and experience of web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong eye for detail and organisational skills
- Any foreign language (Spanish or German preferred), would be a plus

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 plus commission based incentive scheme
