An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Drupal Systems Administrator to join a company based in Worcester.

The company helps older people and disabled people of all ages use computers and the internet to achieve their goals at home, at work and in education.
They provide a range of services that include personalised workplace and education assessments, digital accessibility testing and computer support in people's homes.

The Drupal Systems Administrator will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of internal and external facing web based systems and related infrastructure.
The role will also involve participating in the deployment and support of customer facing websites and products, working with both customers and third party contractors, assisting in ensuring that platforms and applications used to fulfill the evolving requirements of the both Charity and their customers.

Duties will include:

- First point of contact for all business stakeholder queries and issues related to Drupal operation and administration
- Provide frontline technical support for customer facing web services and platforms, investigating and troubleshooting, providing issue resolution
- Engage with backline third party contractors in the escalation and resolution of issues with all AbilityNet’s web services and platforms
- Provide backline technical Support for the Charity’s internal IT infrastructure - investigating and troubleshooting; providing a resolution to hardware or software failures

The successful Drupal Systems Administrator will have:

- Operational experience of Drupal and Drupal content management systems
- Experience with Drupal core modules, contributed modules, views, panels, blocks and modules
- Experience with domain and DNS management
- Working technical knowledge of Microsoft and Apple based operating systems and associated software applications including a good understanding of the Microsoft Office family

The hours of work are 35 per week.

This role is to start at beginning of March 2017.
