Donor Recruitment and Customer Services Officer

Every year, demand for egg donors outstrips supply, resulting in thousands of infertile couples being denied the chance of having children.

This company is the UK’s largest Egg bank and it is rapidly expanding. Now operating from both Harley Street and London Bridge there is an opportunity for an ambitious recruitment & customer services coordinator to join the team.

The recruitment & customer services coordinator will attract manage and build relationships with potential egg donors and fertility patients offering outstanding customer services at all times. The successful candidate will take ownership of the donor recruitment process ensuring that as many egg donors join the programme as possible. The role will also involve supporting patients contacting the donor bank to have treatment using an egg donor.

The role is customer centric and the ability to communicate well and empathise with both patients and donors is of paramount importance. As a leading provider of private fertility services they require candidates to have outstanding interpersonal skills and be comfortable with communicating with donors and patients over the phone, face to face as well as via written communication. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a mature attitude to work and a willingness to work in a challenging but rewarding work environment whilst offering exceptional customer care at all times.

The successful candidate will have bags of enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to work with the clinical, nursing, marketing, finance, and laboratory teams as well as external clinics to provide excellent services to both donors and patients.

This is a full-time position (40hrs per week) based at their London Bridge location although, occasional travel between their Harley Street and London Bridge donor bank may be required from time to time.
