Salary: £28,000 to £38,000 depending on experience

A facilities management company, based in North Kent, providing electrical, drainage, gas, and build services to commercial, industrial and public sector clients, is seeking a Plumbing/Domestic Heating Engineer to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be a specialist in boiler installations, gas maintenance and plumbing. Works are mainly within London and the proximity of the M25. The role involves attending both emergency and normal call-outs for domestic properties, including weekends and out-of-hours (these are carried out on a rota system).
As works can include working on commercial boilers, a Commercial Certificate would be an advantage, but not compulsory.
About You
Experience:
- Good knowledge and experience of domestic installations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
Attitude:
- Highly motivated
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as alone
- Have a can do attitude and want to deliver a great customer service
Qualifications:
- Have proven technical qualifications in the Plumbing and Heating Engineering Industry
- Gas Safe Domestic
- Level 3 Plumbing and Heating Qualification
- City and Guilds 598-02 Fault Diagnosis and Rectification (preferable)
