Salary
£60k to £80k pa dependant on experience.

Hours of Work for the Role
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
(Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm, with 30min Lunch Break).

Reporting Structure for the Role
This role reports to the Managing Director.

The Role
Their business is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing teams to continue increasing their customer base in the UK and other potential countries. They are passionate in helping their customers with their member retention battle and are launching a series of app-based products to assist in engaging members.

A primary focus of this role is to promote these products to their existing and new customers, and in particular, the establishment of their loyalty programme for members, including the sourcing of brand partners.

The Candidate
As a proven Sales and Marketing Director, you will have a track record of managing high performance from sales teams, blending hands-on, driven sales performance with strategic vision. Responsible for the two linked disciplines, you will understand the importance of marketing in lead generation, with emphasis on digital marketing. You are process driven and use data as evidence of success and strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of the following:
- Proven Sales and Marketing leadership success, as a Director or Senior Manager, in a B2B sector
- Experience of concept selling and creating new needs amongst a target customer base
- Experience of cross-selling new products and services to a marketplace
- Accomplished leadership skills and entrepreneurial flair
- Strong commercial management skills
- Excellent networking, communication and presentations skills
