Your role will be to lead and implement the content strategy for their new business-oriented digital media brand, delivering success across web, social media, digital magazines and direct channels.

Main Responsibilities:

- Refine and continuously develop content strategy to drive success across multiple digital channels, including key digital magazine formats, website and leading social media platforms.
- Lead, manage and direct a team including in-house writers and commissioning editors.
- Oversee and ensure high standards of content, design and distribution.
- Manage workflows and editorial production processes in line with Group procedures
Budget management
- Develop a keen understanding of their business objectives and collaborate with Sales, Design, Finance and senior management teams to align content strategy accordingly.
- Communicate consistently with the Group Editorial Director, to ensure team efforts are unified with the global editorial plan and contribute new ideas to improve team performance.

Required competence: university degree in Journalism, writing, or related field, high standard of education, English, computer literate i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
