This company is a leading ecommerce web design and development agency, rapidly growing thanks to their expertise with the leading enterprise ecommerce platform - Shopify Plus.

In addition to their rapidly expanding design, development, and marketing services, their strategy team - handling conversion rate optimisation, personalisation and campaign strategy, is building a great reputation both nationally and internationally - with clients across Europe, the US, and the broader Pacific - for delivering exceptional results to their enterprise clients. They are working with the fastest growing brands and the best technology available to accelerate and consolidate growth for businesses between 1m and 60m turnover.

To help expand their team and improve service quality, they are recruiting a digital projects coordinator.

The requirements for this role are best served by a background in project management with a particular understanding of agile and waterfall processes, particularly Prince2.

Key Requirements:

- Proactively manage selected projects to ensure resources are utilised effectively and reasonable deadlines are set and met.
- Work under projects director and in partnership with the design and development leads to ensure project plans, timelines and deliverables are clear, understood by all, and followed.
- Monitor informal/priority task workload and ensure long term projects are kept on track.
- Define and maintain project management processes in staff and contractors in their UK and India offices.
- Keeping scheduling Calendar up to date to avoid under/over booking
- Report back to managers on progress of projects in daily and weekly reviews
- Quality assure outgoing projects / manage QA process
- Responsible for deliverables planned in are being delivered by resource team.

Advantageous:

- Experience with design software (Adobe products largely) and process
- Experience with programming, particularly web front-end
- Experience with Prince2
