This company is currently seeking a talented and proactive candidate to take on a fulfilling role as a Product Manager within the company – a digital agency at the forefront of healthcare services and technology.

Technology in the healthcare industry is going through an exciting transition. It is paving the way for analytical, diagnostic and ultimately, life-changing applications to help improve treatments and save lives.

As an expanding agency working with some of the biggest Pharmaceutical companies in the world, they need a talented Digital Product Manager who can come into a dynamic and fast-paced agency and take control of their ground-breaking Healthcare App – Congrego – which supports sales, training and education within pharmaceuticals

You will be responsible for supporting their existing clients and developing new, engaging features for the Congrego App itself. This will include scheduling projects within key client accounts, working with account studio resource, as well as managing budget and deadline constraints. It is important that you can communicate effectively with the internal teams, whilst also being able to undertake regular communication with clients to inform them of project status and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of product features and all supporting marketing materials including websites and client presentations
- Develop user stories, sketches and wireframes
- Support the management team with planning and progress assessment
- Produce technical specifications to communicate product requirements to our dev team
- Research and understand the needs of our clients and product users
- Contribute to product roadmap
- Identify new opportunities and service improvements
- Create and update documentation
- Research 3rd party platforms and plan integrations
- Assist with product training and support
- Carry out testing and QA

You should be confident in:

- Briefing and Project Scopes – you must be able to communicate all necessary information to the design and development teams throughout a project.
- Planning resource and timings to suit ever-changing client needs and demands
- Risk assessment and the ability to find alternative solutions to issues which arise during the project life-cycle.
- Communicating to stakeholders around all aspects of the project

You should have some experience in the digital marketing field, preferably within another Agency. They recognise that Healthcare is a specialist industry, so experience in this area isn’t necessary, but is favourable. They are looking for a candidate who can operate as a team-player, whilst also being able to generate their own tasks in order to fulfil a project’s requirements successfully.
