Day-to-day you will be expected to;
- Manage key client accounts
- Deliver multiple simultaneous website projects
- Track and manage tasks and workflow through the studio
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide weekly project status reports
- Produce, communicate and manage project schedules and internal resources
- Write water-tight statements of work and specifications.

You will also be involved in;
- Quoting for new projects
- Brainstorming workshops
- Developing launch and test plans
- Testing
- Tracking KPIs and project milestones
- Identifying and managing risks
- Managing the website maintenance team.

Examples of projects you will deliver
- Customizing WordPress to support specific functionality
- Multi-site WordPress builds
- Integrating with third-party APIs
- E-commerce and shopping carts
- CRM integration
- New WordPress plugin developement
- Documentation for complex systems
- Content migration

Ideally you will have;
- A good understanding of the different PM methodologies
- Experience working with WordPress CMS & Woocommerce
- At least 3 years agency experience in a project manager or account management role
- Experience managing tasks and workflows for design/development teams
- Confidence managing internal teams and communicating with clients at all levels
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative flair and an innovative approach, and willingness to help grow and improve.
- A sense of humour

You will require your own car to make regular visits to clients, typically within an hours drive of the office and clients in London.

Reports To: Head of Project Delivery

Compensation: based on experience and skillset.

Holiday Entitlement: In addition to the normal public holidays, you are entitled to take 21.5 days’ holiday in each calendar year. 1.5 days of this entitlement shall be taken between Christmas and New Year’s Day The holiday entitlement will increase by 1 additional day per year (with half an additional day at the completion of 4 years) up to a maximum of 25 days
