Digital Project Manager
Competitive salary dependent on experience

This growing digital design and marketing agency requires a project manager with verve, enthusiasm and endless energy to deliver website projects on time and on budget. You’ll be part of their inhouse team of handpicked creatives geniuses, technical einstein's and marketing gurus and you’ll be responsible to their MD.

They are passionate about improving all the time, so there’s a real opportunity for the right individual to make their mark and flourish as their company grows. Of course you’ll need a cool head, good sense of humor and a self starting mindset. Working with their clients and coordinating all resources to deliver the highest quality solutions to their clients is not for the faint hearted.

A proven track record of getting this done, ideally with an agency background, with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, delivering good experiences across all devices and platforms. A positive and upbeat attitude coupled with a commercial understanding and the ability to work with a broad range of personalities is essential for this role.

You’ll be joining a company who’s passionate about making a difference to their clients and totally nuts about delivering not just good, but outstanding digital experiences. So they are looking for someone who shines, a self starter, people motivator, quality driver, someone who never says ‘that will do’ but always gets the very best out of everyone. Is this you?

The Role

- To successfully deliver projects on time and on budget for their customers
- To manage clients expectations and pre-empt client contact
- To manage external contractors and in house staff ensuring they deliver on time
- To develop and improve methodologies and processes
- To handle incoming support requests and allocate these to the relevant people
- To test and drive quality through everything that is released
- To help grow our team and seek out new relationships with contractors

Attributes of the successful candidate

- An excellent team player and very strong interpersonal skills
- Fastidious and meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality
- An excellent telephone manner and persuasive client facing skills
- The ability to speak with authority, knowledge and conviction
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and muck in to get the job done
- An understanding of Wordpress as a development platform
- An appreciation for a good cup of tea

Specific project management qualifications are not a requirement but a natural flair for organisation with the ability to get things done. Experience with Agile methodologies and 'Breeze', our project management tool of choice would be a distinct advantage.

Although this a full time role they may consider flexible working hours. Need to pick up the kids from school, or drop granny off at the dentist, if you feel you are the right candidate, don't let traditional office hours get in your way, get in touch.
