We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist with outstanding analytical skills who excels at creating campaigns to identify and qualify target audiences.

Our company is a rapidly growing technology startup in the heart of Newcastle. Our lead generation platforms are used by global software companies including Sage, Oracle and SAP.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be focused on acquiring and converting our target audience using email marketing and conversational marketing platforms. You will be given the freedom and responsibility to create new lead acquisition campaigns and optimise marketing automation using platforms such as Active Campaign, Google Analytics and Intercom.

The role presents a chance to work in a growing team and provides progression opportunities to a Marketing Campaign Manager position.

Key aspects of the role

- Create targeted email marketing campaigns which nurture and convert our audience into marketing qualified leads
- Monitor and optimise performance of automated email campaigns at scale
- Implement conversational marketing platforms which improve user experience and increase lead acquisition
- Identify data enrichment opportunities which enable better campaign targeting and audience segmentation

Desired skills

- Familiarity with marketing platforms including ESPs (e.g Active Campaign) and conversational marketing tools (e.g Intercom, Drift)
- Good knowledge of data analysis, reporting and statistics
- Experience using Google Analytics to measure channel performance
- Comfortable working with HTML and CSS for email campaigns
