This utilities company based in Rochdale Lancashire is customer focused and strive to deliver a leading-edge service. By putting the customer at the heart of everything they do. Our business is going from strength to strength and is now looking to expand its marketing team.

You will have full accountability for the creation and delivery of the performance marketing plan. This is a diverse and challenging role and would ideally suit a self-motivated marketing professional.

It is important that you are versatile and ready for a challenge. They are a small team that work together very closely in a very busy working environment and they are looking for someone that will fit in with the office culture.

Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director in executing the marketing strategy to deliver a positive impact on leads and conversions.
- Apply project planning, critical paths, budget management and post campaign analysis to ensure timely planning and smooth execution of the ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Support the Marketing Director in developing the marketing forecasts.
- Management of the development of the relevant websites, incorporating the implementation of CRO techniques in order to maximise conversions.
- Management of external agencies in order to maximise the performance and ROI on marketing spend.

Requirements
You are likely to hold a degree in a related field and had relevant experience in a similar position. As a specialist in your field you are expected to demonstrate:

- An attention to detail second to none.
- Ability to work within a regulated environment.
- Budget and deadline orientated.
- Extensive knowledge of managing performance campaigns.
- Ability to monitor and report on industry and competitor marketing activity.
- Experience in conducting market and customer research to identify new opportunities and audiences.
- Highly analytical with a focus on measuring the marketing impact and ROI.
- Utilisation of insight and analysis, to identify and implement improvements to communications and marketing activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to inform, adapt and influence at all levels of management.
- Clear ability to self-start; demonstrate adaptability with drive and enthusiasm.
- Ability to demonstrate cross functional collaboration with other department functions.
- To work well under pressure and to respond professionally.
- Experience gained within the financial Utility sector would be beneficial.
