The company specialises in the manufacture and sale of optical films and is very technology oriented. The company is seeking to hire a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and set forward strategies for the company’s online presence by managing multiple campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Online Video.

Duties of Digital Marketing Manager

- Manage all paid search from daily optimisation, new campaigns and bid strategies, to monitoring and reporting on ROI, CRO and CTR
- Oversee SEO strategy for the company including keeping up to date with algorithms, reviewing and improving content and coding
- Monitor and approve affiliate marketing
- Working with the wider team to improve UX and CRO across the company
- Deliver Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Ads and SEO
- Comfortably discuss trends in the Search industry as well as competitor activity across Social channels and Display publishers with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project manage all campaign and always-on activity to ensure the end-to-end process is delivered on time and meets KPIs.
- Review Paid Search keyword research, analysis and recommendations and ensure they meet objectives.
- Input into all Digital creative assets, and support advert copy approval / compliance.
- Regularly communicate with the team and third parties to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Attributes of Digital Marketing Manager

- Strong track record of delivering Digital marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on knowledge and capability in Paid Search strategy / execution.
- Thorough knowledge of Digital marketing and ability to deliver value as part of the integrated communications mix.
- Proven project management and line management skills - capable of delivering project plans and managing schedules across projects.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Paid Search tools, and an understanding of how this data can be used to benefit.
- Consumer Electronics experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
- A commitment to make a difference and drive growth.
