This company is the market leader in selling transformational education. They have over 1,000 online courses in the holistic health and wellness sector that they currently sell into 150 different countries worldwide. They have a huge social media presence with over 1.7million followers across their social channels and thousands of positive reviews from their thriving community of customers.

They are looking for a passionate, creative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to help to drive the persistent success of the company’s online marketing activity.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Outlining the customer acquisition and marketing strategies for the business and track performance against company targets.
- Accountable for the ongoing development of all campaigns across CRM, PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Social and other online channels.
- Using Google Analytics to propel the business forward and improve overall customer profitability.
- Producing monthly reports & recommendations

The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years’ experience in an online retail environment.
- A degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience working on international marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience managing large scale PPC and Facebook campaigns, and all social media channels.
- Experience in working with external agencies for Affiliates, Display, SEO and Paid Social.
- Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Analytics

Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 50,000k pa

The office is based in Macclesfield Cheshire. At present your week would consist of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Car ownership is essential.
