This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing online lead generation firm based in Leeds city centre. They generate quality leads for UK businesses in a number of sectors, but their primary focus is in the financial space.

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the planning, development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate real-time online leads in various sectors. This will be done via search engine marketing (SEM), Facebook marketing, SEO, online affiliates, display/native advertising, mobile and other emerging online channels.

In this role you are expected to optimise existing marketing campaigns, and launch new ones. You will be working with a small team, ensuring that high quality leads are generated. It's about quantity and quality for them. You should be comfortable with managing large ad campaigns with six figure budgets.

This is a full-time position, but on any given week you will only be required to work from their Leeds city centre office 1 or 2 times a week. This position therefore offers exceptional work-life balance.

Responsibilities

- Manage web properties and web campaigns to support objectives (e.g. qualified leads and revenue)
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts - including Adwords, Bing, affiliate marketing, Facebook advertising, and email marketing
- Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimise spend
- Test the performance of landing pages
- Coordinate with team members in forecasting demand trends and plan accordingly.
- Establish program measurement methodology and analyse results in terms of ROI and success criteria.
- Set lead generation goals and measure results
- Oversee media spend and search against performance metrics to optimise results
- Optimise websites for conversion rate and quality leads

Experience

- Five to seven years of online marketing experience with a strong focus on analytics
- Five to seven years of PPC experience
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation
- Experience or at least understanding of affiliate marketing and managing affiliates
- Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies
