Job Description:

- Optimize and champion the brands across the websites, email and social channels to increase conversion rates and downloads and build awareness and reputation
- Plan and execute digital communications and campaigns to support the roll out and development of the business
- Plan and execute our SEO strategy
- Manage the Social Media calendar and publishing for channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Blogs
- Provide reporting and analysis on performance to improve ROI
- Drive paid digital media strategy for Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads etc

Required Skills:

- Digital Marketing expertise - strategy and tactics
- Multichannel marketing experience/and or e-commerce - ideally in retail
- Understanding of social media/digital landscape and proven experience
- CMS experience - ideally WordPress
- CRM experience - ideally Insightly/Mailchip/Mandrill
- SEO and Google Analytics
- Confident self-starter
