The organisation in question is a highly professional financial services company based in Knutsford, which has a fantastic working environment.

You'll be responsible for developing the digital acquisition and more importantly the partnership arm of the business in line with the marketing strategy and digital goals. A high degree of energy, commitment, initiative and enthusiasm is required along with a thirst for knowledge in the internet marketing arena. The ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines is essential as is the ability to communicate with existing team members.

Basic Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 subject to experience plus lucrative Bonus scheme

Responsibilities

- Provide a strategic overview of digital performance to the Head of Digital
- Develop processes to ensure projects are delivered in line with overall digital and marketing strategies.
- Implement tactics that will ensure continuous growth of revenue through PPC, Display (Prospecting and retargeting), Affiliate and Social DR specifically; -
o Creating, implementing and managing all PPC Advertising
o Developing engaging and attention grabbing ad copy
o Landing page optimisation
o Using market knowledge to create innovative campaigns based on social trends
o Keyword generation and expansion
- Ensure that PPC activities are run in line with best practice procedures
- Provide the optimal balance of spend across all digital acquisition channels in line with revenue, budget and ROI targets
- Identify new acquisition channels that will allow us to stay ahead of competition in these key markets
- Work closely with affiliate networks to identify and work with new affiliates to increase the breath of affiliates working for the brand
- Work with other channels to ensure we have an optimal multi-channel strategy at all times
- Work with commercial partners to monetize our web and app traffic
- Ensure adequate reporting/analytics are setup for the territories you are responsible for and is distributed to and understood by the wider business
- Provide weekly, monthly and adhoc reports to the Head of Digital and the wider business on the performance of digital and commercial activities

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of paid activity across Google, Bing and Social
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookups and Pivot tables
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Knowledge of analytical software packages.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and PPC best practices.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
