This is an opportunity to join a young company with a small team, striving to become one of the largest e-commerce mattress in a box sellers in the UK & Europe. Within the first couple of years, they have managed to appear on the radar of the leaders in the market and even though they are mainly self funded, they are aiming to continue lean growth with a reasonably small and specially skilled team, to establish themselves in the market as one of the leaders.

They are looking for a skilled online marketing executive to help us build out their online marketing channels via social media and performance marketing, as well as help us create a marketing strategy to achieve better sales & interaction with customers. They are currently using a number of online advertising tools, listed below, which you will need to be working with to ultimately increase the ROI, interaction and reach and manage their ever growing budget to increase company turnover.

This role is an opportunity to become one of the core members of their startup team and grow with them, while they scale out into the European markets. They will be looking at hiring more people to manage different territories in the future, so this role will develop into a marketing manager, working with a team of people.

On a daily basis, you will be working with the following programs and areas:

- PPC Management (Google, Bing, Programmatic, Other PPC channels)
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest & More (Paid advertising)
- Analysing performance & optimising campaigns
- Development of marketing strategies & campaigns to maximise interaction and turnover
- Developing additional marketing channels
- Scaling performance to grow sales while remaining within requested ROI
- Working with their affiliate channels (AWIN)

Requirements:

- Past experience in PPC & Social Media Advertising
- Past experience working with affiliate marketing & performance marketing
- Past experience working with e-commerce businesses
- Skills in analysing data and developing new campaigns
- Ideally, experience using other online marketing channels
- Ideally, experience with managing social media
- Passion for growth & being a part of a promising start up
- Knowledge and experience with growing young businesses to increase turnover, while maintaining tight budget
